This policy explains what personal information Twenty One Labs ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
01What we collect
When you submit the demo request form we receive your name, email, business name, type of business and any message you write. When you book a demo on our booking calendar we also receive your phone number and how you prefer to be contacted (email or text).
If you use the chat on this website, we receive the messages you type and any contact details you share. Replies in the chat are written by an AI assistant, and the chat tells you so. Please do not share card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or health information in the chat.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
If you become a client, we receive the billing details you enter when you pay: your name, business name, email, phone number and billing address, plus your payment history. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this website.
02How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm a demo, and, if we work together, deliver the engagement.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
03Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts on our demo booking calendar, or enter your mobile number in the text opt-in chat widget on this website, we will text you about your demo request or inquiry, such as confirmations and reminders, and to reply to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
04Who processes it
Booking-form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes them only to deliver the email.
Our email provider stores the correspondence we exchange with you.
Our booking calendar, website chat, customer records and text and email messaging are provided by HighLevel (gohighlevel.com), which processes your details on our behalf. Some of our texts and calls are carried by Twilio (twilio.com), which processes your phone number and messages only to deliver them. The AI replies in the chat are generated by AI model providers that HighLevel uses to run the chat. Demos are held on Google Meet, and booked demos are added to our Google Calendar.
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Our payment links and billing portal are hosted by Stripe, and your card or bank details go directly to Stripe, which stores them securely to process your monthly payments. Stripe also uses this information, along with details about your device, to prevent fraud. Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy, including the cookies it sets on its payment pages.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, as with any web request.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details, booking details and chat and message history only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any legal record-keeping it requires.
Billing and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
07Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
08Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
